AI & automation assessment
$500
A 60–90 minute review of up to three workflows, prioritized recommendations and a 30-minute readout.
3–5 business days after the workshop and required materials.
Practical setup & training
$500–1,200
A focused improvement using existing tools, configuration, templates or staff training.
Usually 3–4 business days once access and information are ready.
Custom workflow
$1,500–3,500
One defined workflow with integrations or custom logic, testing, documentation and handover.
Usually 1–2 weeks once access and information are ready.
Multiple workflows & internal tools
$4,000–8,000
Connected workflows or a larger internal tool, delivered against agreed milestones.
Usually 2–4 weeks. Larger custom systems are individually quoted, usually $8,000+ over 4–8+ weeks.
Implementation ranges are planning guides. Your proposal confirms deliverables, price and schedule. A paid assessment is optional when the task is already clear. Hosting, software subscriptions and AI usage are disclosed separately.
Support after handover
One-time handover is included. Optional Basic care is $99/month for one simple workflow and 30 minutes total care; Active care is $249/month for up to three simple workflows and 2 hours total care. Managed services are individually quoted.
Basic includes a monthly check and an initial response within 3 business days. Active includes weekly checks and an initial response within 1 business day. Checks count toward the allowance; response means acknowledgement and triage during business hours.

Can you work with existing software and AI tools?
Existing tools and AI workflows are reviewed as part of the assessment. Recommendations may involve configuring available features or addressing a specific workflow requirement.
Do I need a custom build?
A recommendation can be configuration, training or a process improvement. Custom development is one option when the task needs it.
How is the work priced?
Assessments have an agreed scope and fee. Implementation is quoted separately, or a brief assessment can be included in a straightforward setup package. The assessment is CAD $500. Setup and implementation receive a fixed quote before work starts. Current planning ranges are listed in the pricing section.
How long does setup take?
A straightforward setup may have a three-to-four-business-day delivery window once the necessary access and information are ready. Larger work is estimated individually and can be delivered in phases.
Will I need a monthly plan?
You can choose a one-time setup with handover. Ongoing care is optional when monitoring, maintenance or improvements are useful. Hosting and vendor subscriptions are identified separately.
